See information below to prepare for your appointment with Adam.
  • During our meeting, we will find out how much of a home you qualify for.
  • We will also set up a search and begin to look for homes that are available within your criteria.
  • I will answer any questions you might have.


  • You must have a household income of at least $50,000 / year
  • Minimum credit score 480 (if you don’t know your credit score, that’s okay… we will figure it out)
  • Good rental history (no evictions in past 5 years)
  • Chap 7 bankruptcy must be discharged. Chap 13 must be current.
  • Minimum rent $1,500
